Alvaro Galindo served as chief of Ecuador’s delegation during debates held by the Working Group on Arbitration of the United Nations Commission for International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) on Feb. 6-10. The debates were held to draft the rules on transparency for international disputes between investors and sovereign states.
