Dechert Receives Perfect Score of 100 in Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index for LGBT Inclusivity

The Human Rights Campaign Foundation announced today that Dechert LLP has achieved a perfect score of 100 in its Corporate Equality Index (CEI). The Index measures a company’s employer benefits and protections for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender employees and their families as well as a “demonstrated corporate commitment to LGBT equality.”
“At Dechert, we strive to be an inclusive firm that reflects the diversity of the world in which we practice. We are proud of our perfect score in the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index and of our commitment to the LGBT community,” said Dechert Chief Executive Officer Daniel O’Donnell.
Dechert was one of 71 law firms to achieve a perfect score and one of 252 businesses overall.
Founded in 1980, the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) is the largest civil rights organization working to achieve equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender Americans.
