Dechert’s Owen C.J. Foster Honored by The National Law Journal as a 2014 Boston "40 Under 40"

Dechert litigation associate Owen C.J. Foster has been named a 2014 Boston Rising Star by The National Law Journal. The Boston Rising Star Awards selects the region's 40 most promising lawyers under the age of 40. Honorees are chosen based on their ability to provide outstanding legal expertise in their practice area as well as volunteer those skills to a variety of nonprofit organizations. The National Law Journal recognized Foster for his extensive work in data privacy law and for his court room experience.

Foster focuses his practice on white collar investigations, securities litigation, securities enforcement and data privacy matters and frequently conducts internal and regulatory investigations, and represents financial institutions in derivative, class, and complex commercial litigation.
