Financially Strong: Dechert Grows Revenue 8 Percent, PPP 7.7 Percent

Dechert finished out 2014 with an 8 percent rise in gross revenue and a 7.7 percent increase in partner profits on a year driven by a rise in demand and an improved practice mix. Gross revenue increased at Dechert by 8 percent from $777 million in 2013 to $839.5 million in 2014, far outpacing the head count growth of 3.8 percent from 845 lawyers to 877. Dechert CEO Daniel O'Donnell spoke with The Legal Intelligencer about the firm's success in 2014 and his forecast for growth in 2015.
