The evolution of the UCITS product has contributed to its continued success as a global brand with investors both within and outside of Europe. This seminar will highlight certain regulatory changes that will impact UCITS, including providing an update on UCITS IV and insight into the agenda for UCITS V. Members of Dechert's Financial Services practice also will highlight certain regulatory challenges faced by U.S. managers in the current regulatory environment in organizing and distributing UCITS globally.
