Andrew P. Pontano focuses his practice on asset-backed financing and securitization. He has worked on public and private transactions spanning a wide variety of asset types including auto loans and leases, equipment lease and trade receivables, residential and commercial mortgage loans, senior life and viatical settlements and structured settlements.
Mr. Pontano also advises in respect of derivatives and syndicated loan transactions. He has represented lenders, borrowers, asset originators and servicers, issuers, underwriters, placement agents and others.
