Audrey Wagner regularly advises U.S. public investment funds, investment managers and other financial institutions on a variety of regulatory, corporate and business matters.
Ms. Wagner is actively engaged in the firm's futures and derivatives practice, and has worked with financial institutions and investment managers engaging in a range of derivatives transactions. Her practice includes negotiating and preparing ISDA documentation for over the counter swaps and providing advice on matters under the Commodity Exchange Act, CFTC regulations, and futures exchange rules.
