Cynthia J. Williams advises funds, investment advisers, issuers, collateral managers and placement agents investing in, financing, transferring and restructuring portfolios of loans, commercial real estate debt and equity, ABS, CLOs, synthetic securities, and first loss positions in commercial paper conduits and loan warehouses. She also advises on fund and investment adviser formation, credit derivatives and structured products. Ms. Williams led the efforts of the firm’s Financial Markets Recovery Task Force.
Ms. Williams has authored numerous thought leadership articles in industry publications and is a regular presenter at bar and industry association conferences on relevant market issues.
