Darina F. O’Connor is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Financial Services Group. She represents both sponsors and investors in connection with the formation, ongoing management and restructuring of international and domestic private investment funds, including hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, fund of funds and hybrid funds. She also assists clients with seed investments, the organization of joint ventures and compliance matters.
