David Eshmoili focuses his practice on corporate and securities matters. He advises public and private companies, private equity sponsors and portfolio companies in a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures as well as general corporate matters. He also has experience representing high-growth companies and investors in venture capital transactions.
Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Eshmoili was an associate in the corporate practice of an international law firm.
