David Vogel has focused for many years on corporate finance, in particular capital raising both on the Official List of the London Stock Exchange and AIM. His practice has involved acting for issuers, underwriters and nominated advisers.
Mr. Vogel was the head of the corporate and securities practice group from 1994 to 2006, and subsequently was head of the equity capital markets practice in London. He has practised business law since his qualification in 1972. His initial interest was in corporate taxation. He is a co-editor of a textbook entitled Company Directors: Law and Liability published by Sweet and Maxwell.
