Diane N. Princ focuses her practice on white collar and securities litigation. In 2012, Ms. Princ was honored by The Legal Aid Society as one of the recipients of the Society’s Pro Bono Publico Awards that recognizes the outstanding work of volunteer lawyers who provide exceptional legal services to low-income New Yorkers.
