Overview Please join us for a roundtable discussion on the Eurozone Sovereign Debt Crisis, the regulatory response and the corresponding investment and acquisition opportunities. Cocktails will follow the interactive roundtable discussion. The ongoing Eurozone Sovereign Debt Crisis and changing regulatory environment have compelled many European banks to consider a variety of asset disposition transactions and capital raising structures. Having advised on a variety of precedential bank recapitalizations, acquisitions and asset dispositions, we will share our perspective on what future deals may look like in light of government-sponsored solutions yet to be determined. Circumstances suggest there are many more issues and transactions coming. We look forward to discussing how these issues will unfold and identifying the potential opportunities they will create.
