Eric Schroeder focuses his practice on commercial real estate finance, including the origination, acquisition and disposition of mortgage loans, mezzanine loans and assorted sub-debt.
Mr. Schroeder also has extensive experience representing servicers and lenders in connection with the modification and restructuring of securitized commercial mortgage loans and portfolio mortgage and mezzanine loans. He has experience with financing retail, office, hospitality and multifamily properties.
