Jennifer L. Burdick focuses her practice on litigation and counseling in all areas of labor and employment law. Ms. Burdick regularly provides research and drafting support for a variety of trial and appellate matters in state and federal litigation.
Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Burdick served as a legal intern for Community Legal Services of Philadelphia and the American Civil Liberties Union of Delaware. She was a Dechert summer associate in 2008.
