Julie Serusclat focuses her practice on intellectual property matters, with particular emphasis on patent, trademark and copyright litigation. She also has significant experience in transactional work involving all kinds of intellectual property rights, including information technology transactions, and advises clients on the intellectual property aspects of corporate transactions.
Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Serusclat worked in the intellectual property departments of two major international firms.
