Dechert Advises Earthcube on its Series A Financing Round
Dechert advised Earthcube, a leading European “DEF Tech” start-up which develops advanced geo-spatial monitoring solutions, on its €20 million Series A financing round.
The financing round is led by Ace Management, and other investors include previous investor 360 Capital and Definvest, the fund of the French Ministry of Armed Forces which is dedicated to investing in strategic defense companies. This funding will enable Earthcube to pursue and accelerate its hypergrowth phase under the new name Preligens.
The Dechert team advising the company included Xavier Leroux and Johann Gandilhon.
