Dechert Advises InnovaFeed on its Series C Financing Round
Dechert advised InnovaFeed, a leader in the rearing of insects for animal feed, on the equity portion of its financing round, which represents half of the €140 million total fundraising value.
The proceeds of this fundraising round, which was subscribed to by InnovaFeed’s original shareholders Creadev and Temasek, will enable the company to accelerate its growth in France and abroad.
