Dechert Advises Estancia Capital Partners on Cross-Border Investment in Flagstone, a Leading UK Cash Deposit Platform

Dechert is advising Estancia Capital Partners, a U.S. financial services specialist private equity firm with deep expertise in the cash management market, on its £108 million cross-border minority investment in Flagstone, a fintech company based in London that is a leading UK cash savings platform. Serving a customer base of more than 600,000, Flagstone’s total assets under administration exceed £11 billion. The transaction is expected to close in Q2 2024 after receipt of necessary regulatory approvals.
