Laura Rossi focuses her practice on matters related to investment funds and investment companies, advising domestic and foreign clients on the regulatory, organisational, corporate and contractual aspects of creating, structuring, marketing and registering investment funds and investment companies.
Ms. Rossi also handles corporate law, transactional business law, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions matters, advising major private equity firms, real estate funds and hedge funds on corporate governance matters, formation of joint ventures, corporate reorganisation and international buy-out transactions.
