Experience and Background
James Croock, head of the corporate and securities practice in London, represents major UK and overseas based corporations on substantial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, flotations, share offerings, privatisations, demergers and general corporate finance matters.
Mr. Croock joined Dechert in June 2002 as co-head of international M&A. He was previously a partner at Linklaters where he did his training and worked for 25 years (15 years as a partner) based mainly in its London office, but also worked for two years in New York and established Linklaters' Tokyo office.
