Experience and Background
Jeffry S. Hoffman is of counsel in the corporate and securities group. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings, and venture capital.
Mr. Hoffman has spoken extensively on corporate and financial topics. He has served as chair of many programs sponsored by the Practising Law Institute and other organizations and was a contributing editor and co-chair of "Understanding Securities Laws," published by the Practising Law Institute in 1994. He is admitted to the New York Bar.
Education
Mr. Hoffman is a graduate of Harvard University (A.B., 1964) and Columbia University Law School (L.L.B., 1968).
