-- Citigroup Venture Capital Equity Partners, L.P. and FastenTech Inc. in the $492 million sale of FastenTech, Inc. to UK-based Doncasters

-- Court Square Capital Partners in its acquisition of Wyle Holdings, Inc. from Littlejohn & Co.

-- Leeds Equity Partners in its sale of Miller Heiman Holding Corp. to Sterling Investment Partners

-- Court Square Capital Partners in its acquisition of Newmarket International, Inc. from Summit Ventures V, L.P.

-- Jefferies Capital Partners in its sale of Matrix Metals LLC to SANMAR OVERSEAS INVESTMENT AG

-- Court Square Capital Partners in the sale of a controlling interest in IWCO Direct to Avista Capital Partners

In addition, Ms. Dilgard has advised issuers in connection with securities offerings of equity and debt, including H&E Equipment Services, Inc. in its $226 million initial public offering.
