She focuses her practice on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and public company reporting and governance issues along with other general corporate matters. Ms. Dilgard has experience representing clients across a broad range of industries, including technology, industrial, professional services, and manufacturing.

-- Leeds Equity Partners in its sale of Miller Heiman Holding Corp. to Sterling Investment Partners
-- Court Square Capital Partners in its acquisition of Newmarket International, Inc. from Summit Ventures V, L.P.
-- Jefferies Capital Partners in its sale of Matrix Metals LLC to SANMAR OVERSEAS INVESTMENT AG
