Experience and Background
Karen Mortenson advises on a wide range of employment issues, both contentious and non-contentious. She acts for both employers and senior individuals, and has a number of clients within the financial services sector.
Ms. Mortenson has particular experience in drafting employment documentation, including service agreements, bonus arrangements, post-termination restrictions and severance agreements. She also advises on contentious aspects of employment law, and has represented clients in relation to various claims, including in relation to unfair dismissal, sex, race and disability discrimination, and shareholder and contractual disputes.
Education
Ms. Mortenson is a graduate from the University of Reading (Law, 2002) and BPP Law School, London.
