Mr. Garcia participated, inter alia, in the following matters:
- advising CMA CGM in relation to a securitization of bills of lading
- advising GE Factofrance in relation to 2 large factoring transactions
- advising Auchan in relation to the issuance of an EMTN program listed in Luxembourg
- advising Auchan in relation to the issuance of bonds listed in Switzerland
- advising CFCM as senior lender and agent in LBO transactions on French industrial companies
- advising a large French company in relation to the financing of a Hong Kong based subsidiary
- advising a Luxembourgish company on the creation of a real estate investment fund
- advising an English company in relation to middle ticket leasing transactions
Education
Mr. Garcia graduated from the University of Bordeaux IV (Maîtrise de droit des affaires et fiscalité, 1998), he post-graduated in Business Law from University Bordeaux IV (D.E.S.S. Droit des affaires et fiscalité, 1999) and from ESC Bordeaux (Mastère en Management des Affaires et du Commerce International, 2001).
