Melissa B. Squire is an associate in the labor and employment group. Her practice includes both litigation and counseling in all aspects of employment law, including discrimination and harassment, wrongful discharge, family and medical leave, and non-competition agreements.
As part of her litigation practice, she has represented employers in matters before federal and state trial and appellate courts, as well as federal, state, and local administrative agencies.
