Jennifer A. DiNuccio

Jennifer A. DiNuccio is an associate in Dechert’s financial services and investment management group. Resident in the firm’s Boston office, Ms. DiNuccio focuses her practice on advising global asset managers on regulatory compliance as well as the formation of private funds.

With respect to regulatory and transactional experience, Ms. DiNuccio advises investment managers and broker-dealers with respect to investment advisory agreements, CFTC and NFA matters, and marketing and advertising issues. She also has extensive experience negotiating investment management agreements for large institutions and advisers. Ms. DiNuccio also assists clients integrate U.S. and non-U.S. regulatory requirements.

With respect to fund formation experience, Ms. DiNuccio assists private fund sponsors with the formation and fundraising of private-equity funds and fund-of-funds, among others. Additionally, her experience includes advising private fund clients with respect to their investments (LP-side investments).

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. DiNuccio was an associate in the investment management practice of another international law firm.
