Stephanie Haas focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, with an emphasis on private equity and public company M&A, as well as carve-out transactions, growth and structured equity investments, joint ventures and other transformative capital events. Her experience extends across a wide range of industry sectors, including aerospace, building products, consumer brands and products, financial services, food products, healthcare, industrial, manufacturing and technology.

Ms. Haas has been named a “Lawyer on the Fast Track” in the Legal Intelligencer’s Pennsylvania Legal Awards 2024 and recognized as a “One to Watch in PA” in Pennsylvania’s Best Lawyers 2022.

  • Winchester Acquisition Corp., a newly formed subsidiary of Blackboard Inc., the world’s leading education technology company, in its acquisition of Higher One, a leading payments technology provider for higher education.
  • Ipsen S.A. in connection with its acquisition of global oncology assets from Merrimack Pharmaceuticals for up to US$1 billion.
