  • 3M in a product liability litigation, characterized as the largest federal multidistrict litigation in history, involving allegations that a product sold to the military was related to hearing loss suffered by servicemen and women.
  • Pfizer in the Lipitor California consolidated litigation, where plaintiffs alleged that the cholesterol-lowering medication caused them to develop Type 2 diabetes.
  • Getinge AB and Atrium Medical Corporation in more than 2,400 personal injury lawsuits that have been filed involving their hernia mesh products, including an MDL in New Hampshire.
  • GlaxoSmithKline in a California consolidated litigation involving the claim that a heartburn medication product caused patients to develop cancer.
