Joshua A.O. Strathman

Joshua A.O. Strathman focuses his practice on asset-backed financing and securitization. He represents clients in connection with public and private securities offerings and other complex financing transactions relating to a variety of asset classes, including auto loans and leases, equipment loans and leases, credit card receivables, commercial loans, pharmaceutical royalty streams and refund advance loans. His experience includes representing lenders, borrowers, asset originators and servicers, ABCP conduits, issuers, underwriters, placement agents and others.

Mr. Strathman has also represented various parties in connection with the acquisition of loan portfolios and commercial real estate repurchase agreements.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Strathman most recently served as Senior Corporate Counsel to NeoPets, Inc., an online media subsidiary of Viacom.
