Margaret E. Wilson

Margaret E. Wilson is a knowledge management lawyer in the firm’s financial services group. Ms. Wilson leverages the financial services group’s intellectual assets and industry knowledge to better serve clients. She also serves as a resource to other lawyers within the financial services group.

Prior to becoming a knowledge management lawyer, Ms. Wilson advised U.S. registered investment companies, including mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, closed-end funds and business development companies and their investment advisers on a wide variety of regulatory, compliance and business matters. She also advised boards of directors/trustees of U.S. registered investment companies on fund governance and fiduciary oversight matters, including director/trustee independence and regulatory examinations.
