Caroline Black and Adam Silver named Rising Stars by Legal Week

Dechert LLP is pleased to announce that white collar and securities litigation partner Caroline Black and complex commercial litigation partner Adam Silver, both based in London, have been named Rising Stars by Legal Week, a prominent publication in the UK legal market. The two Dechert partners were ranked among leading up-and-coming litigation stars working at the London offices of the major UK and international firms.

Describing its choice of Rising Stars as “the new generation of litigators making their mark,” Legal Week chose to focus on fast-rising lawyers who had made partner since 2012.

Black, a criminal defense and investigations lawyer, focuses her practice on corruption, money laundering, fraud and tax matters. Her experience includes managing dawn raids and responding to criminal or regulatory prosecution, advising boards and audit committees on internal investigations and training clients on the UK Bribery Act 2010.

Silver, a commercial and financial litigator, focuses his practice on capital markets-related fraud and contentious insolvency. He has particular experience in cross-border disputes and enforcement in a wide variety of jurisdictions.
