Dechert Advises Graham Partners on Acquisition of Acme Cryogenics

Dechert LLP advised Graham Partners, a private investment firm focused on investing in advanced manufacturing and industrial technology businesses, on the acquisition of Acme Cryogenics (“Acme”). Acme is a leading designer, manufacturer, and provider of precision-engineered products and field services for the production, distribution, and storage of cryogenic liquids and industrial gases for customers in the industrial gas supply and distribution industry. Acme’s reach extends into healthcare, food and beverage, aerospace, and general manufacturing end markets.
