Dechert Named Best Law Firm For CLOs by GlobalCapital

Dechert LLP was named “Best Law Firm For CLOs” at GlobalCapital’s Securitization Milestones Dinner on June 18 for our work on behalf of issuers, underwriters and collateral managers around the world.

Winners were chosen by a broad-based poll of market participants from a shortlist of the market's 23 top securitization law firms compiled by GlobalCapital.

John Timperio and Cindy Williams, co-heads of Dechert’s CLO group, accepted the award on behalf of the firm.

Our team of professionals in the US and Europe have worked tirelessly to earn us a leading position in the CLO market. We are grateful to them and are honored to receive this recognition,” Timperio said.

The Dechert CLO team handled 35 CLOs in 2013, totaling over US$17 billion in the aggregate and representing more than 20% of total US issuance for the year.
