GIR Names Mauricio A. España among Top 40 Lawyers Under 40

Dechert LLP white collar and securities litigation partner Mauricio A. España has been named among the 2017 “40 Under 40” by Global Investigations Review (GIR). This list recognizes accomplished young lawyers who will help shape the future of the investigations legal sector.
España focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and white collar and securities litigation matters. He has significant trial experience and regularly counsels clients on internal corporate investigations; criminal, regulatory and state attorneys general investigations; bankruptcy-related litigation; and commercial disputes.
España was also recently named a Top Lawyer Under 40 for 2017 by the Hispanic National Bar Association. Additionally, he was recognized as a 2015 Rising Star by Law360 and the New York Law Journal.
