Mauricio A. España Named a Top Lawyer Under 40 by Hispanic National Bar Association

Dechert LLP partner Mauricio A. España has been named a Top Lawyer Under 40 for 2017 by the Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA). The award honors lawyers who have demonstrated professional excellence, integrity, leadership, commitment to the Hispanic community, and dedication to improving the legal profession. This year, the HNBA received the largest number of nominations than ever before.

España focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and white collar and securities litigation matters. He also has significant experience in bankruptcy-related litigation and advises on internal corporate investigations, as well as regulatory and state attorneys general investigations.

Winners were formally presented with their awards during the 2017 HNBA Corporate Counsel Conference in Miami, Florida on March 31.
