PSA Healthcare Completes Merger with Epic Health Services

PSA Healthcare and Epic Health Services today announced the successful completion of the previously announced merger to form newly-named Aveanna Healthcare. Dechert advised J.H Whitney Capital Partners, a private equity firm and former majority owner of PSA Healthcare, in this merger agreement with Bain Capital Private Equity affiliate Epic Health Services.
Headquartered in Atlanta, GA, Aveanna is now the largest pediatric home healthcare company in the nation. Aveanna has 180 locations in 23 states, with 26,000 caregivers currently serving over 40,000 patients.
