Phillip Sacks Joins Dechert’s Financial Services Practice in Dubai
DUBAI - Dechert LLP is pleased to announce that Phillip Sacks has joined the firm’s financial services group as a partner in Dubai. Sacks was previously a partner at another international law firm.

Sacks advises sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions and managers on the corporate and regulatory aspects of structuring, establishing, re-organizing and liquidating onshore and offshore fund structures including private equity funds, venture capital funds, infrastructure funds, real estate funds, credit funds and hedge funds. He also advises on the formation of regulated asset management entities and the establishment of carried interest plans and other incentive schemes for fund managers.

Sacks also has experience working on funds in the Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, Australia and Bahrain.
