Tax Partner Steven Clemens Joins Dechert in New York

Dechert LLP, a global specialist law firm, is pleased to announce that Steve Clemens has joined the firm in its New York office as a partner in the International and Domestic Tax Group. He was previously a partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP where he practiced for 18 years.

Clemens focuses his practice on complex domestic and cross-border tax matters that arise from mergers and acquisitions for both strategic and financial clients.
