September 19, 2016

Dechert LLP has been named as the winner of The Legal Intelligencer’s 2016 "Pennsylvania Litigation Department of the Year" in the category of Intellectual Property Litigation. The Legal Intelligencer selected the winners “based on the big victories and important cases that demonstrated why clients chose them when litigation was on the table.” The firm also won the award for IP Litigation Department of the Year during the last awards cycle in 2014.

“The skills and experience of Dechert’s IP litigators have contributed to our lengthy track record of litigation victories across all areas of our IP litigation practice,” said Henry N. Nassau, Chief Executive Officer of Dechert. “We are thrilled by this continued recognition from The Legal Intelligencer.”

Dechert’s Pennsylvania IP litigators lead a national and international IP litigation practice, which sets it apart from its peers. The group is distinguished by its trial experience and has tried numerous cases in which hundreds of millions or billions of dollars are at stake.

Winners will be honored at an awards ceremony at the Crystal Tea Room in Philadelphia on November 3.
