Daniel Hawthorne has wide-ranging experience of advising on direct and indirect taxation matters in the areas of real estate, corporate M&A, financial services and investment funds. In addition, he also advises on employee taxation and incentivization matters, including the structuring and implementation of approved and unapproved share option plans and other employee benefit arrangements.
