Collaborating with peer law firms, Mr. Swaney co-authored a Q&A series, aimed to facilitate implementation of the new regulations and clarify the law and potential impact for clients.

Mr. Swaney has advised Freddie Mac, a leading issuer of agency guaranteed structured multifamily securities, in multiple k-deal securitizations totaling more than US$160 billion since 2009, and is poised to advise on more than 60 deals in 2016 with the cumulative issuance of over US$35 billion expected in 2016.
