Speakers from Dechert’s European offices will highlight certain regulatory developments that will impact the global distribution of alternative investment funds (AIFs) and Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITS) in the European Union post-Brexit. The program also will consider practical marketing strategies for U.S. managers in light of the current regulatory environment in Europe, including with respect to the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID), the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) and the UCITS regime.
