AIMA's New Illustrative Questionnaires for the Due Diligence of Individual Hedge Fund Directors and Hedge Fund Boards of Directors

AIMA is pleased to announce the newest additions to its suite of due diligence questionnaires (DDQs): Illustrative Questionnaires for the Due Diligence of Individual Hedge Fund Managers (one for investors and one for managers) and Hedge Fund Boards of Directors. These DDQs are the natural extension of last year’s update to the AIMA Fund Directors’ Guide and helps to round out our collection of DDQs.

We invite you to join us for a discussion of the drivers for and process of development of these Illustrative Questionnaires for the Due Diligence of Individual Hedge Fund Directors and Hedge Fund Boards of Directors. A panel of members of the working group that produced these DDQs will explain how the DDQs are intended to be used, the thought process behind the various sections of the DDQs and their own views on the scope and utility of the DDQs.
