Amgen, Gobeille, Montanile and More - Supreme Court Puts ERISA Front and Center in 2016

Topics to be addressed will include:

• A discussion of the ERISA cases being decided by the Supreme Court in 2016
• A consideration of what was at issue in the cases, how they were decided and what they may mean as a practical matter
• Multiple perspectives on the cases, including from the vantage point of a representative of the United States Department of Labor and an attorney who has consistently been in cases before the Court (including twice in the current term)
