A Price Worth Paying? Proactive risk management for corporate counsel in their increasing challenging roles

As corporations expand and pursue new opportunities amidst increased global regulation and enforcement, investors and hence, boards are looking more and more to corporate counsel to identify and manage governance, risk and compliance issues.
