Dechert’s Brexit for Fund Managers Seminar Series focuses on the key issues surrounding Brexit and fund management.  

Our first session, “Fund Structuring, Fundraising and Distribution in a Post-Brexit World” will cover the following topics:

• Domicile options for investment management entities outside the UK.Cross-border tax issues triggered by Brexit planning and restructuring.
• A regulatory view from Germany as one of the key fundraising jurisdictions.
• The impact of Brexit on trading documents.
