The Compliance Roundtable Events on Managing a Corporate Investigation will take place in Copenhagen on 26 September to discuss how to prepare in response to a crisis situation while maintaining a positive reputation.

From inception to resolution of an investigatory crisis, the workshop will focus on:

  • Data and technology: How you can leverage your corporate data and technology more effectively to streamline an investigation
  • Common pitfalls: Avoiding the common mistakes that can be detrimental for the business
  • Regulators: The essentials of dealing with the UK and other law enforcement authorities
  • Prevention: Systems and controls to implement in your business that can support in the event of an incident or crisis

Dechert Associate, Richard Hodge, will be speaking with Michael Zimmern, Director, Forensics, Control Risks within the workshop.

Richard Hodge focuses his practice on white collar and securities litigation. Mr. Hodge has co-authored several articles on white collar and securities issues in Global Investigations Review and was ranked in Chambers UK as an "Associate to Watch" in the 2015 and 2016 editions in recognition for his work in banking litigation. Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Hodge served as an associate in the dispute resolution practice of another international law firm.
