The Regulatory Compliance Association will host a webinar titled “Political Contributions and ‘Pay-to-Play’” on September 19. This program will focus on compliance with regulatory requirements under the rules of FINRA, the MSRB and the SEC regarding political contributions and other “pay-to-play” issues. In addition, the speakers will discuss practical issues related to compliance with these requirements and will provide suggestions for addressing compliance challenges. They will also discuss the lessons provided by relevant SEC and FINRA enforcement actions. Dechert partner K. Susan Grafton will serve as a senior fellow for this program and partner Brenden Carroll will speak during the panel discussion.
