Research, Impact and Latest Technology: Diversity, Inclusion, Culture and Engagement
Designed to keep attendees in-touch with Diversity, Inclusion, Culture and Engagement (DICE) research, this roundtable will help you keep track and understand the most useful lessons to drive impact in an organisation. We will highlight a small number of the most influential research and best practice reports, discuss the findings and then review the impact on diversity, engagement and HR best practice.
We will also highlight several of the tech solutions available to organisations.
With afternoon tea available from 15.15 and the roundtable from 15.30 to 17.00, this session will cover:
- Wellbeing and mental health
- Disability
- A different view: top tips from organisational behaviour and psychology
- A selection of cutting edge tech solutions for DICE
This session is aimed at HR and Diversity & Inclusion directors and professionals, as well as those involved with Culture and Employee Engagement. As well as an update on key research, you will have the opportunity to discuss how this might translate into best practice - whether starting your journey, re-focusing or re-capping your knowledge.
This session will be facilitated by Patrick Voss, Managing Director, Jeito Consulting and will include insight from Charles Wynn-Evans, Partner, Dechert LLP.
